2001年獲武漢大學理學學士學位,2005年獲復旦大學病原生物學碩士學位,2010年獲復旦大學病原生物學博士學位,2005-2013年在上海市腫瘤研究所癌基因及相關基因國家重點實驗室工作,從事腫瘤基因組學及細胞信號轉導通路等方面的研究工作。2013年10月任職于復旦大學生物醫學研究院和復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院腫瘤研究所,副研究員。
研究領域:
肝癌基因組學,表觀遺傳學
從事腫瘤相關基因功能及細胞信號轉導和腫瘤功能基因組學等研究,研究microRNA及lncRNA 調控網絡及其應用基礎。2011
年以來,圍繞“肝癌功能基因組學”,研究參與肝癌相關的轉錄調控及轉錄后調控的重要RNA、蛋白分子的功能及臨床意義,取得了一系列原創性科研成果。
